Consolidated is not a traditional GPO in that we are distributor neutral. We work with over 20 different foodservice distributors. Our relationships form a triumvirate made up of distributors, manufactures and operators. This triumvirate enables us to collect manufacturer funded rebates on your behalf for purchases already being made through your current distributor. As a result of our $9 Billion in purchasing volume, Consolidated Concepts offers rebates on over 100,000 items from over 500 different manufacturers. Our average member saves roughly 1% on current purchases through current distributor after joining our MAP program.
Our produce program features direct grower/shipper contracts that controls the landed cost on hundreds of commodities. Your current local produce distributor will load either a fixed price or a high-low contract enabling you to protect your pricing from fluctuations. The key to our success is controlling the produce from the “farm to the fork” and eliminating cost at each stage. We have been able to lower prices and increase quality and dependability. Savings to our members on this program of greater than 10% is very common.
Smallwares, Equipment, and Disposables
Edward Don has aggressively bid on our business offering pricing that can rarely be beat. If you are interested in saving 2% on your small wares, equipment and disposables allow CC to do a “comparison” on the items you typically purchase in this category.
Consolidated Concepts audits broadline distributor invoices in “real time”. We generate a weekly audit report notifying our members and their suppliers of overcharges. We also separate corporate & franchise location details in order to avoid unecessary administration by corporate. Overcharges are paid back to our members.
Bank of America – Guaranteed savings on credit card processing with no batch fees and no hidden charges or fees. There is a low monthly minimum of $25 for those who process. Consolidated Concepts has recently renegotiated an extremely aggressive contract for our members with Bank of America.
